Morning FBS 95 and down a pound.
It's been a busy week but later today I'm sitting down to watch the movie I've been waiting for ALL last year. The Harry Potter and the deathly Hallows part 1 so my menu today will reflect this. I haven't decided how much popcorn I'll end up eating. I'll just use my blood sugar readings as my guide. I'm sure the fiber and fat will help with this "treat." At any rate, I'll know how I do with a little popcorn lol.
Meanwhile I have laundry to finish.
