I'm at 205.8 again. I know why. I ate a bunch of junk yesterday and didn't exercise enough. I didn't have much choice since I was working and didn't get a chance to get a decent lunch. Still, I shouldn't have eaten cake and ice cream for lunch! Discipline and focus. I also need to keep my fingers out of the goodies!!! Today went much better. I only had a few snacks and ate sensibly through the day. I shopped most of the day and had a great workout on the elliptical machine. I hope to see my numbers decrease this week. Tomorrow I get back into a weight lifting cycle with P90X. Good day.
