good morning everybody I'm a little bit disappointed this morning as I got on the scale I don't seem to have lost any this week, and to be honest I haven't even ate exactly what I should be, but it's ok I will start toning and that will help and I will really watch them carbs this week!! I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!!
