Weight is down!! I am grateful. I have tried a new eating plan the last 2 weeks.....but I have had serious "slips". So again.....I am grateful!!!! ♡♡♡
71,7 kg Indtil videre tabt: 3,2 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 3,6 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

I was trying the Fast Metabolism Diet. (Haylie Pomroy) I realized thru my "slips" it probably wasn't the plan for me. However, I did have a loss this week. I seem to be in a time where I am struggling with snacking and portion control. I am re-thinking my journey.
