I had a really good walk on the trails today with my dogs, my new fit bit shows I took 16,450 steps at moderate intensity, I have to say this little gadget works really well. I really have to try and link it to here. The only thing is I am not that techy. I am still trying hard to stick as close as I can to my challenge as I want to feel good when I go for my blood work & see the doctor in April.
