Up a kilo overnight - I blame the hot chips at the pub last night. But that’s ok I’m on the general trajectory I want to be on. Maybe a few less chips next time? Today will track all my food to help with staying aligned to my goals.

Yes, I got a lot of help from others. Otherwise weight loss can be so hard.

Yes, potatoes are my enemy damn it but hot chips are my weakness!

potatoes are one of the best carbs while dieting because they have very high satiety index - just opt for boiled or baked rather than fried 😃
