Went to the doctor today and was released to go back to work on May 31st. Still not able to do the full cardio workouts for another week or two and then "only as tolerated". So glad I showed a weight loss without it. I have enjoyed my time off (except the whole surgery thing) and got to try some new recipes. Yum! Maybe I can cook some more and freeze them for when I go back to work. Makes my dinners a whole lot easier since the rest of my family doesnt do low carb. Although I did make a low carb stuffed green pepper yesterday that my husband loved. Hmmm time to scan through some recipes.
