Down 2 lbs. today! I hope to continue dropping down 2 more lbs. I have another good workout planned for tonight. I'll watch what I eat today and see how things go. I wonder if my weight fluctuations have anything to do with my heart condition. I would think that if my heart isn't beating quickly enough on certain days that may influence how I burn calories and retain water. I don't know, but I certainly don't think becoming sedentary will help at all.
