Today's workout included 15 minutes of Chloe Tings Abs challenge. I honestly thought I was gonna go into cramp mode and lay out in the floor for a while. But, I didn't even do that. I'm proud of myself! I hadn't even flinched. Although I had done the modified version, I still considered it tough. But I'm glad I did it finally.
