I’ve taken a turn …. not keeping close track of my carbs, not exercising, and having low energy. I was feeling comfortable. Gained back 4 lbs. 🙁
Now, I will get back on track and get to my goal. I will give intermittent fasting a try, since I already fast in the mornings - not eating until noon or so. NO more snacking on low carb sweets in the pm, either.
