Good Saturday Morning, FS Friends Today I am going to post to myself (and be honest/real enough to let you listen in) I say that because as far as I know... NONE OF YOU need to hear this. Someone once said (Possibly a comedian) "Ever notice how people who offer FREE advice ALWAYS offer it in the LARGE economy size?" (author unknown to me...I did try a Google search :)) In the few weeks I have been posting and messaging, my goal is to always HELP, never to hurt or delay your journey toward better health. I treasure every sentence that any of you have posted or messaged. However, that being said, I KNOW that sometimes I am a little long-winded. So if I ever offer advice OR even a message that does NOT help, just lay it aside. Weight loss..tho it looks simple...is really complex. Different approaches work for different people. So, my goal, moving forward, is to try to be just as caring and supportive as I hope I have already been. AND to use a few less words in my posts and messages. (Now these words to ALL of YOU) Enjoy your weekend. Plan your Superbowl snacks carefully. Special occasions do NOT have to wreck our week. Have a weekend fllled with healthy choices.
