Aaaand P90X is done, except for the shouting (i.e., the final "recovery" week of cardio). I did it! There were modest improvements on the outside, but even more inside. Strength and endurance increased pretty noticeably over the last 12 weeks. I think, however, that I'll be spending the next 2 months or so trying out my own custom workout routine that incorporates some but not all of P90X. As helpful as P90X was, I think I could make it better by slowing it down a little, and doing the weight training more deliberately and carefully, instead of rapidfire race to get through 24 different exercises in 45 minutes....
