Fruit works best for me if I’m craving sweets. A yoghurt dip and low calories crackers for savoury cravings. I also avoid sitting in the kitchen to avoid temptation.

Hands down a cup of tea is a lifesaver when I am peckish. Popcorn and a banana are also great. Cheeky snacks are fruit tingles and champagne!

Green tea helps alot to get through to the next meal. I also make a red kidney dip by whizzing a can of them in a food processor with salt, pepper, cumin and juice of half a lemon. Very low calorie snack to have some with carrot or good to put on a wrap too!
