I’m on day 5, if IF 16/8 keto. Headache from day 3 gone but from yesterday have felt exhausted and today brain fog is awful. Hoping to feel better by the weekend. I’ve done this before but couldn’t keep at it. I’m a serial yo-yo dieter, but turning 50 in a couple of months has spurred me on to sort my weight out.
