@otb123. Thank you! I love the rowing machine. Has been my workout of choice for decades, but only recently bought one so I wouldn’t have to head to a gym.
I presently don’t have a weightlifting routine so this is my muscle work. I also walk in the evenings with the dog, finding a balance between smelling every bush, and a fast pace walk. It works 😆
Any recommendations for a strong rowing workout is appreciated. I’m currently working in intervals.
