Stumbled upon this in a google search and SO GLAD I did!! Thought my breakfast of fruit smoothie, oatmeal and two boiled eggs was pretty healthy....there are a sh&^ ton of CARBS in that! Will learn how to better balance all of that out. Not particularly a fan of the "LO CARB" thing...but 113, or 116 just in breakfast??!!!
