Had to record a new starting weight as I just guessed when joining this website. I weighed myself last night and was 153, not 150 like I'd guessed. Going in this evening to weigh-in, it registered as 151. NOW, I've restricted caloric intake ridiculously these past two days and worked out but I'm picking a diet, the Abs Diet and sticking with that as well as the working out three days a week. I also do leg/floor exercises twice a day...throughout the day actually..standing at the sink, or watching TV.

listening to music with a fast beat really helps with burning calories fast while doing like kitchen chores because it makes you want to dance and stuff while sticking the rhythm lol!! seriously, try it out. Great job tho, otherwise. 2 lbs in 2 days is a lot!

I'll be better from here on out...starving isn't the way. Spent the entire day in bed as a result....NO energy. Started on the Abs Diet
