weight loss slowing right down now despite pretty full on cardio, am meeting with my daughter tomorrow to do some body scans for fat %and what my lean mass should look like and add in weights programme so next phase its so hard to lose belly fat once its there, i look quite slim now in comparison to what i was but the belly fat is still hanging around which i now take as q challenge to sort out not something i cant change i can see how much determination and commitment it takes over time it is not a quick fix you learn q lot about yourself
