JJSinger's Dagbog, 08 aug 22

I’m stuck at a plateau. It’s my first real one since I started. I have 25 lbs to go to reach my goal weight of 135. I’m stuck at 160 (give or take depending on the day). Any advice? I’m on 1200 cal plus intermittent exercise & daily walking. So close yet so far! Help!

increase the cardio exercise, drink more water and green tea, change it up for a couple days and things will move. have faith
