Been a week FS family, Got back from my trip and my grandsons ball game was pushed back a week. Didn’t get to see him play 😢. With all the traveling, as expected put on a few pounds (still can’t figure out why). Think it was some water weight for the long car rides, lack of exercise as well as some salt added to some of my food . None the less, as of this morning it’s back off. Hoping for some good numbers this week (starting tomorrow), peddled my butt off this AM. 14 miles, against the wind. Took a lot out of me. Whew.. 🤞crossed for the next weeks numbers before my next injection. I’m tooo close to goal not to make it…
