Thank God It's Friday!! This has been some week-all the things that used to trigger binges have been held at bay!! Work, Work and Work; brought one kid home from college two weeks ago. The other started college Monday(summer school). Both just got part-time jobs!! That is no easy feat these days - so Thank You Jesus for that! My boss cancelled the trip to China--we've completely exceeded the budget for the year--so maybe I get to go next year. won't hold my breath though :(
But with all the drama - I managed to stay focused on eating; did my walk this morning at 5:30; may go for another this evening. Tomorrow I am measuring myself. The scale hasn't been cooperating--so the tape must be ready to tell the story!!! Wish me luck!
