have had a couple of days off gym have beem feeling real tired and getting little body niggles probably from overdoing it
i tend to be quite obsessive once i make up my mind to do something, all or nothing so in a process of rebalancing to find the happy medium a few days off is a start will rework the gym routine to ensure one day off a week as talked to daughter personal trainer who told me if you overdo it cortisol floods your body a stress hormone which makes it difficult to burn fat off your body i am learning so much through this process of gaining healthy body weight am about 2kilo off goal weight and then will reasess still carrying a bit if fat around mid section which i am on a mission to get rid of and will succeed have started to listen to meditation relaxation soundtracks now to help with reducing daily stress build up am contemplating joining some tai chi classes at some point in the new year once i acheive goal weight i want to stick to having one focus at a time and not falling back down the same hole of losing weight and then putting it all back on again and then some so maintaining the change is going to be an equal investment of focus and commitment hoping you all a very good day a ju jitsu quote you have success or you have learning with every challenge
