I am pretty exhausted today. I stayed up until about 3 a.m. last night doing other stuff and lost track of the time. I didn't want to go do the elliptical today, but I was taking a friend with me to the gym so I went anyway. I would have gone, I just may not have worked so hard.
Anyway, an hour and five minutes later, I'd burned about 575 calories and considering I've only taken in about 390 calories in food, and the fact that I'm dead tired, I'm BEAT.
I got my hopes up last week at the weigh-in because I'd worked out all five days and it only made a .2 difference so I'm trying not to get too worked up about tomorrow's weigh-in (even though inside I'm hopeful that it's a good result, assuming that it took my body a while to kick in all those calories I was burning up).
I guess tomorrow will tell. Feels like this diet is going to go on forever at this point. It works, but I do miss food. This'll be the 7th week that I haven't eaten solid food. You wouldn't think I'd care at this point.
