Getting ready to head out with my daughter we are heading to store to get some vegetables and good healthy foods to eat.
My goals are not clear what I want to start today but when I wrap my mind around it I will inform everyone in my journal.

My main focus is on our dear member Veggie Junkie.. her hubby was diagnose being diabetic Friday and they are going to find out today the extent of it.
So if you have a moment today please send support to her in any way you can.
As for me Veggie... all my love to you sweetie at this difficult time your going through... for its very tough when our love ones are down.
