I have only had water to drink since early august. I used to drink 2-3 large Dunkin Donuts coffees with 5 cream and 5 sugar per day. I miss having it for the weekend drives to upstate NY to see the grandkids or while out Xmas shopping. I have need reading different ideas on how to sweeten it without sugar or artificial sweeteners.
Today we were out shopping and I got a black coffee. I liked it. Holy crap. I used to hate it when they only put in 4 sugars because it was too bitter. I so love choosing what to eat instead of fighting cravings.
Had a really good November and looking forward to the same in December and getting past 200.
