Well I just finished my body blade work out and I did my Zumba 20 min express workout... and boy it kicked my butt lol Ive been ill and haven't done it since Saturday I think... Im just a pouring sweat lol If you ever have done the zumba 20 min express have you ever noticed that after a few times that you do it you find yourself singing the words to the music all the time.. of course I dont understand one word of it so if you heard me you would laugh because mine makes absolutely no sense and there are days I just sing to it all day long singing words that don't make sense...go figure lol back to my toning workout:)
