crboyer2's Dagbog, 30 jan 23

Going to take a break from tracking food. January has been difficult. I feel like I’ve been wandering in the wilderness with a bottle of wine in be hand and too much chocolate in the other. Neither of which have helped my state of mind nor my health. I plan to weigh on Feb 1 and reset. Depression is a hard thing and I know my WOE hasn’t helped. Prayers appreciated.

Going through the same troubles, I wish you the best and remember not to be hard on yourself for struggling.

Hang on! I really get it--Be sure and take some vitamin D, especially in winter. It can really help a lot when we aren't getting enough from the sun.
