SO yesterday was not a good day but today will be.. Im done whining,cheating and feeling sorry for myself. Got myself to the store and got all my goodies for the week. I got some steaks marinating for tonite and chicken for tomorrow. Gonna make some bacon and eggs this morning, the old fashion greasy way and I have the day off from work and am waiting on the tow truck and have a few organizational projects in my office and around the house and gonna get some mad steps in. Thank you every one for being here for me these last few days. Ive turned to this page a lot bc journaling my feelings and food have really kept me honest and out of McDonalds.. Cheers everyone

YAY - I laughed because across the road from my gym there is a McDonald's and while I am sweating it out I can watch through the large gym windows all the people in the drive through line...I always think, ewwww, so glad it is not me waiting in that line!
