210 lbs today... had to step on the scale like 10 times be sure bc I couldn't believe it but Ill take it. Thats 40lbs since 01/01. I want to say I owe it all to the 13 hours of exercise I got in this week. Im slowly adding in stuff here and there and enjoyed some jicima this weekend. I have to add that I hate ricotta cheese and my attempt to make ice cream out of it failed horribly. Lesson learned. Mike is also down 10 more lbs since he went to the recruiter so its looking good. He picked up his cap n gown today so nothing can go wrong today, since Im so proud and happy. Got a new water bottle since my was lost the day I stopped that fight in the park. Also, I switched from splenda to stevia and my stomach issues are easing up. Goals for the week are to keep adding in new foods ever other day, dont be scared if my carb count goes up, stay on point with my work outs and drink more water... Cheers every one.
