Started Paleo living (not a diet ) and eating between the hours 4pm - 8pm two meals not exceeding 1200 calories/ Starting weight at 224lbs and 44.5 inch waist - 1 week and 3 days later i have lost 10 lbs and 1.5 inches off the waist now 43 inch - I do not feel hungry and feel fabulous.
