abyssoft's Dagbog, 19 mar 23

Took almost a full cheat day yesterday, I did some calisthenics mostly power squats for exercise, oh and some indoor rock climbing which I thoroughly enjoyed. Even if I had a wee bit of trouble because my body isn't quite where I need it yet, But I did get up to the third panel on my last attempt. Then I just enjoyed my day R&R-ing and doing a little bit of service work. I have a feeling today is going to be a good one, grateful to have many of the people I have in my life today.
114,7 kg Indtil videre tabt: 6,2 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 22,6 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
