I am so frustrated with myself. I do good all week and then on Saturday and Sunday I cant stop snacking and I end up eating to many calories. I know it has alot to do with me kicking the habit of smoking. I get anxious and need something in my mouth. I have to work on this. Maybe I will take my adapex on the weekends to keep me from splurging. I dont like it cause it makes me dehydrated and speed but I have to save my hard work somehow.
