Breaking my 24+Hours fast with a low carb meal. A salad with avokados. Steamed eggplant, red and green sweet pepper with garlic yoghurt, and hot chilli flakes. Scrambled eggs. And a cup of apricot tea. The dry fast comnined with low carb/keto meals do work
