Hari kedua di Curves gym. Mulai kerasa nggak begitu pusing walaupun belom makan dan masih mens. Sepertinya harus latihan 5-6x seminggu biar cepet terbiasa badannya 😜 cuma 30 menit per sesi sih, jadi enak gak kerasa.
