BEEN SO STRESSED OUT THAT I'M JUST EATING EVERYYTHING AND NOT THINKING ABOUT CALORIES OR CARBS....I'LL BOUNCE BACK...SO MUCH ON MY PLATE RIGHT NOW...AFTER JUNE 10TH ALOT WILL CHANGE AND I WILL START BACK UP WITH THE CALORIE AND CARB COUNTING....I PROMISED MYSELF THAT.....

I understand that. I just went through that phase myself. I could tell I was stressed because it was not just food that I was shoving in my face. I even started biting my nails again...so sad. It took me years to stop and I reverted back two weeks ago...working on giving up that bad habit again this week. Hang in there!

Understandable going thur it now So i truly know how you feel I'm hoping to start fresh today with it being the 1st Just start fresh again when your ready

Laque, I also picked today to attempt this again. Even though all the stress factors are not gone yet, I am hoping to push through.

Sometimes all of this seems like one step forward but two steps back. I find it best to view weight gain as part of the whole process. As long as I keep being disciplined and focused. Anyway, after losing twenty pounds since Sept., I have a huge accomplishment to celebrate. The next twenty will come off in time. It's just not going to be a straight line of seeing the pounds fall off day after day. It just doesn't work that way.
