Guys i have seen many videos in instagram and Facebook is it possible to loose 15 kgs in 3 months or it's just they are making fool of people because as far as I have started my journey i have lost near about 2 to 2.5 kg with strict diet and 2 hrs of intense workout in gym

It depends on a person to a person some people may loose it and some won't. As for my experience my mom lost 10kg in a month [as doctor suggested her] and her doctor was shocked. she followed the diet given by her doctor and around an hour of walk at morning. I saw some people who couldn't lose weight but gain it. It's better to follow your diet. progress is progress no matter how small it is

Well a normal person should be able to lose 0.5kg weight per week without facing much of a black lash 0.75 kg is the max u can lose per week and stay sane losing 15kg in 12 weeks isn't impossible but It's not worth the effort as the weight that is lost at a rapid speed is tough to maintain.

hey man, yes its possible, but it's not worth it. you'll end up loosing more muscle which will mess your metabolism, remember the goal is fat loss, not weight loss.

Hey Kanika. It is possible. I used to weigh 112 kgs and in 10 months, I lost 40 kgs. And this has stayed constant for almost 2.5 years now. The important thing to focus on is “a lifestyle which could be followed for a long term without harming your daily life”. Instead of just cutting down on junk food and sweets completely, cut down on portion size and frequency of eating junk. If you cannot do 1 hour of strength training and HIIT daily, try to complete 8-10 k steps. Incorporate walking into your daily routine, while working, cooking etc. If you want to follow YouTube workout videos, instead of following a single channel, do different workout routine everyday. Do aerobics one day, Zumba on second, and maybe yoga the next day. In short, just stay consistent and let the hard work pay off.

Hey, although it is possible that you can loose not only 15kg but also more than 15kg... But it'll be a temporary weight loss because the drastic major u may hv been taking it's not sustainable for the rest of ur life and when u ll continue ur nrml routine it'll bounce back or regain. and that's not even healthy because in our body we'll go through heavy hormonal changes and disorders if such drastic methods. One thing please keep in mind you don't have to change the diet entirely, u just hv to make changes in ur diet based on ur culture and cultural beliefs. Also during fat loss, strength or resistance training is a must. don't go to gym for useless cardio exercises. if u usually eat 4meals a day. post meal walking for 15-20min after each meal is more thn enough for your cardiovascular health. and in those four meals make sure to consume protein rich sources adequately such as eggs, chicken, and in veg paneer, curd whey.. I would not recommend soya products bcz it's not bcz it's rich in estrogen which is already busted bcz it's phyto estrogen which is a plant based estrogen and if you'll eat 2kg of soya daily for months, then it'll effect you that too a very minor effect, that much minimum estrogen is present in soya. But that's not the point... I would not recommend soy chunks or soy beans bcz they are full in anti nutrients as well. but if you soak them overnight 90% of its anti nutrients ll destroy but still people face bloating nd indigestion and many people ignore their gut health which is a top must priority. If you set a realistic small baby step goals... U ll achieve them easily and ur mindset ll continue to grow even more... And in all of it keep tracking your meals and workout. Always measure ur body with inch tapes. Don't get scared if weight fluctuates. minor updown is normal bcoz of our daily stress and eating pattern. Our goal should be fat loss not weight loss.
