Elo everyone
Took a few mo ths break but back at it. Kept my weight off and now going to work on my next 10kg. Got so used to being this weight that i feel the same way as i did b4 i lost the 20kg so need to get to a better mindset about what i have achieved so far even though its a struggle to keep the mind motivated. Lets do this...
