Ugh only 100 cal deficit but I want to eat a lot of stuff. I have a mini Reese’s logged I can eat but not sure if I want that 🤣😒🤪gonna have a green tea probably and go to bed in 40 mins 😜🤞🏻

I didn’t eat my last peanut butter cup 😜 but today a different story. Everyday is a challenge wether you think you’re used to it or not. Create a deficit right? 😱 😡 swearing 🤬

I keep wondering when I will get used to it too. I do love taking a break every now and then so that I can get back into my routine.
