I had a cheat night last night. I went to a gathering at work and ate the food that was laid out. Bad idea. It really wasn't very good and I felt bloated and nauseated after my workout. I gained over a pound from it. It's times like last night that remind me how I don't want to eat like that again. Looking forward to plyometrics tonight.
