Getting back on track after too much ice cream and calories yesterday. I don't know how much I ate so likely tracked more ice cream than I ate. Doesn't really matter. It was intentional eating and not compulsive and I enjoyed it! But of course all good things must come to an end, at least that's how it is for me. I doubled my exercise last night. Of course it didn't feel as good as it does when I've eaten healthier food. Got more exercise this morning and since it's such a beautiful, am expecting to do more outdoors today. Back to healthier choices!
