After a huge weight increase I am now going to try and loose 68lb over the next six months
That’s a big task and to get me there I will be only consuming 1600 cals per day . And to keep me motivated I will be weighing myself each day.

Zakira such wise words from a 13year old I see u aimed for the stars ur almost reached ur goal ….good for u …. Everyone can lose weight and have a lighter body ur living proof little on …..some one could have given u the same advice before u started ur weight loss journey …. We all like to encourage one another here ….

I don’t think I have been weighing and converting properly. However the first week I can say I have lost 4lbs . It’s the weekend and I know I will go over my counts (usually wine ) will take me over the threshold. Buts a marathon not a sprint ! 👌

Well done Gracey so pleased for you keep going darling keep going slow & steady …. You can do it …,I am in a similar position at the moment ( didn’t update my weight on profile) so feel for you …. Personally I am doing intermittent fasting with low carb vegetables fruit ( no banana grapes or dates) potatoes etc but eat everything else …… Good luck … keep going xx
