I've had several false starts since I began 7-2 due to traveling. I haven't gotten that on-the-road-keto thing down yet, but I will with time. I stayed in calorie count, but ate all sorts of sugar and carbs. I still managed to lose a little per the scale but of course my blood tests were negative for ketones when I returned home and the cravings were present.

Anyway, back to Keto - cravings gone. Woke up this morning (Day3) with trace amounts of ketones (.4) showing per blood test. Nowhere near where I want it, but a start. No more traveling until August so hopefully I can get on a solid path by then. Plus I'll be traveling with my husband rather than alone. That always makes things so much easier since he's a peach about understanding my nutritional needs and helping me find what I need.
