I did have a burger last night that was 1400cals on its own, so not surprised by the gain, although it's pretty substantial!

gosh i had a home made one last night and I was surprised at only a 200g increase so was pleased with that

Yes I saw your post Flossy! Your burgers looked way healthier than mine, so makes sense that I gained 10 times what you did! Lol
