Day 4 of Detox COMPLETE
I cannot stress how difficult this detox has been for me! The will power, the drive, the determination, the mojo... all of it is gone! Day 1 (all fruit day) I was a complete failure, packing in 1 1/2 slices of amazing pizza into my mouth. Day 2 was successful (all veggie day), but then Day 3 (fruits and veggies) was almost good until I stopped and got a sugar free coffee drink with cream. Today, Day 4 (bananas and milk) was only successful because my husband has been around to keep me honest. I guess I'm thankful. Tomorrow I'll be thankful. The scale is thankful. My belly is not so thankful.
It's been one year since I started my first detox. I was 212 lbs then. Today, I'm signing in at 180, after yo-yo-ing 10 lbs for the last 6 months. I'm excited that I've really been able to keep the 30lbs off this year. My newest goal is to take another 25 lbs off, and hang in the 150s next year.
