Oh boy, not good. But expected since eating like a pig and exercise inconsistent. Guests leaving today/tomorrow. Need to purge. I have holidays starting the 29st. 3 plus weeks to lose a couple pounds. Sure is hard to hide the extra chubbiness in summer clothes.
