The last few days have been strange...I worked out on Monday and Tuesday, but I also ate a lot of processed food Friday, Saturday and Sunday and I think it had a big effect on my weight...I went off the charts and out of wack...I guess I didnt think my weight would fluctuate that much....but it seems to be back on the right track now.

Leg lifts - 150 each leg
Crunches - 200
Push Ups - 3 sets of 10
Leg Raises - 50 each leg
Bycicle - 100 count forward then 100 count backward

Body Fat% - 23.2
Muscle Mass% - 41.7
Body Water% - 58.2
Bone Mass - 4.8

61,4 kg Indtil videre tabt: 7,8 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 2,4 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
