Monday - feeling good. positive for the week. have lots of distractions to help me get thru work. today going to food lion to help pass the day. tomorrow i plan on sleeping till 12, med at 1, workout from 2-4, get ready for work, leave at 430. workout will be 30 -045 min easy bike, the rest trx & climbing. easish recovery type day.
