definitely time to start dieting again. I want to get past this stage where I'm staying pretty constant. Well I have started toning and my muscles are stiff so thats something to look forward to. My brother and his family are coming for the week so... no idea as to how much gym and dieting I'll actually be able to do. but will try my best to get active. even if its running after my nephew...
