Not a good week for me. I didn't work out like I needed to, and I ate some stuff I shouldn't have. Not "poorly" but I think "reasonably well" is a bit of a stretch. I really want to break the 240lb mark and keep it there (and lower).

I've replaced my bagels and cream cheese with an oatmeal bar. Not AS filling, but it's way better for me and it frees up about 100 calories too. Plus, I'm not eating all those carbs. This is a hard habit to break as I've been eating a bagel and cream cheese EVERY DAY since July 5, 2010.

I've filled my cabinets with high fiber, high protein foods in hopes that it'll satisfy my need to munch on junk.

I also need to do something to shock my body to keep burning more fat...I asked my husband to do p90x withi me and he seemed less then excited. Suggestions are welcomed!
