I just got done reading all of my journal entries from when I first joined FS. Lets just say I have nothing else better to do at the moment. My boyfriend just left for the weekend...I'm gonna miss him while hes gone. But anyways, back to my journal entries..I seen that my lowest weight that I've been since joining FS 2 and a half years ago is 165 lbs. That is pretty amazing. I was only 25 lbs away from my goal. But then life distracted me and I lost my motivation and I gained so much weight! I got up to 240 lbs in just 2 years. I don't even see how thats possible. But it happened. And I couldn't feel worse about it. Well, this year I decided to do something about it and I've lost 20 lbs. I still have a long way to go to reach my goal...but for now I just want to get down to 199 lbs. I would like to be that weight by January 1st 2016, that would be a great way to start the new year. But I'm not sure thats enough time to do that. I am going to try though.
